The film is a Netflix original film directed by Adam McKay (The Big Short, Vice) and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Rob Morgan, Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill, Tyler Perry, Timotheé Chalamet, Mark Rylance and more. Despite being released right at the tail end of 2021, it still managed to be one of the most divisive movies of the entire year. In this episode, we share our full thoughts on Don’t Look Up, its Oscars Best Picture candidacy and the controversy around the film.
